linear filling and capping machine / automatic / for bottles

Filling and capping lines are developed based on specific customer requirements, depending on the type of production, of product to be dosed, of container and of cap, which can be a screw-on or press-on type. Normally such lines are very flexible, to allow for different sizes of containers and of caps. Format change is simple and rapid. The lines can be completed with infeed and outfeed tables. Between the filling and the capping stations it is possible to install stainless steel work surfaces for the operators, for example for manual capping. The filling station may have 1, 2 or 4 dosing nozzles depending on the required productivity. At the end of the line a labelling machine or a batch marker can be added.
